The menopausal time of a female begins sometime prior the last menstrual cycle. Throughout this time, also known as perimenopause, a woman’s ovaries finishes producing similar levels of estrogen. Likewise during this age ladies may feel many menopausal symptoms like insomnia, sweating episodes, memory loss, and vaginal dryness. Nobody can tell you how often you are going to feel night sweats or hot flashes but when you get them, they should not be longer than four minutes. Make an appointment to see your medical MD if your hot flashes or night sweats last more than 4 or 5 minutes. As it may be a sign of a number of serious conditions. Also, due to the hormone fluctuations and the lack of sleep, a female may experience mood swings, anxiety, and irritability.
Throughout this phase, continue thinking that this will pass and you will be a stronger individual once it s over. All these signs are natural and each female must go through them at one point in their lives. You want to educate yourself about the signals and treatments of premenopause. Occasionally women discover that natural remedies work better for them, while other will not have clues that are going through perimenopause symptoms.
